First Time
Today, I teach math for the first time. I am a little nervous because my teacher won't be there and its just a sub. It shouldn't be to bad. But knowing its the first day of a new math unit and if I do a bad job..... oh man it would not be so good. I'll write later and tell you how it goes.

Heather, I hope it went well! Just remember that you are a student and making mistakes is all part of the learning process. Just be grateful that you have had the teacher there most of the time. Every time I have taken over, the teacher is gone. Math was scary to me too, because I thought what if they don't get the concepts? But you know what, there is always tomorrow, and it's all just practice. Practice makes perfect, and I am certain you did just fine!
